How Coca Cola is using social media to develop their products

Star Trek + Social Media Feeback= Coca Cola Freestyle drink vending machine. This robot-like drink machine puts you in the drivers seat with over 100 different ways to customize your beverage including options for soft drinks, tea, water, calorie free, flavored additiives and everything in between. A facebook campaign led Coca Cola to learn that consumers want to customize their own drinks, not the way a server wants to make it. This is the be your own bartender of the non alcoholic beverage world.

We hosted Peter Fraser’s VCU design class Tuesday night. The speaker was Shawn Boyer, CEO of Snagajob. After spending 2 hours sitting in on the class, I was ready to work for snagajob!
